RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work on medical step-down unit with 16-20 beds
• Patient ratio of 1:4
• 36 or 48 hour contract options available
• Care for patients with sepsis, heart failure, hypertensive emergency, respiratory failure, COPD, chronic kidney disease, type 2 diabetes, substance abuse, status epilepticus, and encephalopathy
• 2 years of nursing experience required
• Required certifications: ACLS and BLS
• Provide progressive care nursing services for patients requiring intermediate level monitoring and care
