Lead best-practice property management processes and end-to-end asset accountability Ensure compliant stewardship, accurate lifecycle tracking, and audit-ready documentation for government and contractor-controlled assets Apply and implement asset management best practices Support installed assets by ensuring required markings, tagging, and unique record identification are performed and documented Implement hardware, software, software warranty tracking, and license asset management within TENM Maintain IUID tags and upload them into PIEE Manage property management functions controlling contractor-held property Control property from receipt through stewardship and formal relief of responsibility Conduct internal reviews, surveillances, self-assessments, and audits Track government property, fixed assets, non-capitalized assets, and leased assets from acquisition through disposition Prepare contractual, governmental, and internal asset management reports Perform monthly and quarterly physical inventory audits Requirements BS/BA Degree 8 to 10 years of related experience Active Secret Clearance Must currently possess Secret clearance Must be able to obtain Secret clearance US Citizenship Required: Yes Skills: Accountability, Management Process, Reporting Processes Willingness to complete identity verification using biometrics and artificial intelligence Must be on camera during virtual interviews Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in property management processes, asset accountability, and compliance with government regulations.
