Director of Nursing (DON)

We're preparing for upcoming Director of Nursing opportunities with skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities on Long Island, and we want to meet experienced nurse leaders now.

As DON, you lead 24/7 nursing operations, develop your ADONs and unit managers, keep the building survey-ready through QAPI and plans of correction, and sit at the table with the Administrator and Medical Director on clinical priorities and the nursing budget.
