RCF Home Visitor- $18.60-$19.10/hour

Pro Action's Resilient Children and Families Home Based Services is looking for a full-time Home Visitor for Yates County. Responsibilities of the Home Visitor include recruiting and enrolling eligible children and families from varied backgrounds. The successful candidate will provide educational activities for expectant parents, infants, toddlers, and preschool age children in a home setting. A Home Visitor supports family engagement in children's development and supports families across various demographics in the goal setting process and in accessing resources.

The ideal candidate will be professional, caring, and compassionate, who understands early childhood development and has a passion for working with children and their families. Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills and flexibility are encouraged.

Requirements

An associate's degree in human services or related field, or a combination of education and experience may be considered. Or a CDA credential or equivalent coursework as part of an associate or bachelor's degree is recommended.

The ideal candidate must have a valid driver's license, meeting agency standards per position and consistent, reliable transportation that will allow regular travel in and around the service area.
