US Navy PMCM Delivery Lead

Job Overview We are seeking a Project Management / Construction Management Leader with experience in the US Navy / Marine Corps. The role involves leading large capital projects domestically and internationally, ensuring safe and efficient delivery, and expanding US Navy PM/CM contract business. Key Responsibilities Generate new business opportunities for US Navy PM/CM contract and task order pursuits. Staff and manage project teams following award, ensuring top talent and execution success. Collaborate with technical experts, project control specialists, and digital delivery professionals. Travel to client sites as needed. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering or Construction Management. Experience growing teams and portfolios of projects in the US Navy / USMC space and elsewhere. Experience managing professional services IDIQ contracts and task orders. At least 10 years of construction management and administration of large projects. Knowledge of project planning, pre-construction, delivery methods, and building systems. Preferred Qualifications Professional Engineering Registration (PE). CMAA Certification. DBIA certification.
