Automotive Maintenance Technician

Position Summary The Maintenance Technician is an entry‑level position that plays an integral part in servicing vehicles within a high‑energy team. This role offers full and part‑time benefits from day one, including tool program discounts. Pay Range: $15.18 – $22.77 per hour. Bridgestone is committed to fair and lawful compensation practices. Responsibilities Learn to diagnose and repair basic automotive functions including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical systems. Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance services. Install and maintain tires. Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems. Road test vehicles. Minimum Qualifications Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks. Must have a valid automobile driver’s license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
