Machine Operator - Night Shift

Night Shift Machine Operator - Entry Level to Experienced CNC Machinist Welcome. We're looking for hardworking individuals who want to build a career in manufacturing. No extensive experience required—we will train the right candidate. Duties Include: Operating production machinery, CNC Lathes and Mills. Review drawings, instructions, or samples ensuring accurate production of parts. Take precise measurements for cutting or shaping. Select appropriate machine and settings for given task. Loading and unloading materials, team lift as necessary Conducting quality checks Maintaining a clean and safe work area Minimum Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent Preferred Qualifications: Preference will be given to candidates with the following skills and experience: 1+ years of warehouse experience Forklift experience Mechanical aptitude Core Competencies: Strong work ethic and self-motivated Reliable attendance Ability to work in a team environment Good written and verbal communication skills Good organization, problem-solving, and time management skills Ability to measure using different tools Ability to read and transfer data accurately Basic math and computer skills Operate with high integrity, maintain positive relations with co-workers, customers, suppliers, and management.
