Bring your expertise in behavior analysis and passion for student support to a school-based contract opportunity in the Peoria, AZ area as a Behavior Coach/Interventionist. In this role, you will guide and assist students with behavioral and emotional disabilities, collaborating with educational teams to create positive learning environments and implement effective intervention strategies.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• At least three years of experience working with students who have behavioral and emotional disabilities
• Training or coursework, plus hands-on experience, with Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS) or Positive Behavioral Support (PBS)
• Proficient in both Spanish and English (preferred)
• Experience collaborating with linguistically and culturally diverse populations (preferred)
• Must possess and maintain a valid Arizona Identity Verified Prints (IVP) Fingerprint Clearance Card

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavioral intervention plans for students
• Work directly with students to develop positive behaviors and coping strategies within the classroom
• Partner with teachers, families, and support staff to deliver ongoing consultation and coaching on best practices
• Facilitate team meetings and conduct assessments to track behavior progress and program effectiveness
• Support data collection, evaluation, and reporting to meet program objectives

Additional Details:

• Contract, school-based position
• Work 8 paid hours per day on days when students are present
