Key Responsibilities Handle all reporting obligations for Wealth Management and Institutional clients ensuring compliance with IRS regulations Maintain cost basis records and provide Gain/Loss reporting for assets held in Wealth Management customer accounts Work closely with cross-organizational operations teams and handle related queries Reconcile discrepancies between various processing systems Ensure accuracy of regulatory reporting such as cost basis and withholding Support requirements and testing of strategic platform initiatives Work closely with technology to improve efficiency and reduce risk through Alteryx, UI Path, and EUC tools when resolution is not immediately available systemically Concurrently manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively to meet tight and enforced operational and annual deadlines Required Qualifications 1+ years of experience Bachelors Degree in a Business field Skills Microsoft Excel Microsoft Access Alteryx UI Path EUC Tools Data Modelling General Accounting Principles Process Controls Time Management Analytical Problem Solving Stakeholder Communication Attention to Detail Sound and Decisive Judgment Personal Development Schedule Start date: 2026-11-05 Next Steps Shortlisted candidates will receive an email from View email address on click.appcast.io with instructions to complete a required screening step.
