Join us in building a safer, smarter future for fleets worldwide. The Mission We are seeking an ambitious Enterprise Sales Hunter (Individual Contributor) to lead our next growth phase in EMEA. While our HQ is in Birmingham, this is a UK home-based role requiring frequent domestic travel and international trips across EMEA (typically every few weeks) to engage strategic clients and open new markets. Key Responsibilities Drive New Business: Lead enterprise sales efforts and net-new logo acquisition across the EMEA region. Full Cycle Ownership: Independently manage the entire sales process—from outbound prospecting and lead generation to product demos, trials, and closing. Strategic GTM: Establish segmented go-to-market strategies for Commercial Fleets and Bus & Coach sectors. Executive Engagement: Build senior-level relationships (C‑Suite) and navigate complex procurement processes. Collaboration: Align with global Marketing, Product, and Ops teams to ensure seamless deal execution and accurate forecasting. Requirements & Ideal Skills Experience: 5+ years in Enterprise B2B SaaS sales (IoT, Telematics, or Fleet space is a major advantage). The “Hunter” DNA: Proven track record of independently closing complex, high-value enterprise deals. Strategic Mindset: Ability to create and execute territory growth plans from scratch. Communication: Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce) and AI-driven data solutions. Adaptability: Thrives in a high‑paced, entrepreneurial, and multicultural environment. Mobility: UK residency is required, along with a willingness to travel frequently across the UK and EMEA..
