Roetzel & Andress LPA , a multi-state law firm with an administrative center in Fairlawn, Ohio, has an immediate opening for a full-time Client Services Assistant to support the Accounting Department. This position is in-house with the possibility of hybrid after individual has met skill proficiency as required by management team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients by email and phone to assist with payments and inquires.
• Provide copies of invoices.
• Handle client calls to assist with credit card payments, address concerns or questions as necessary
• Gather information to process/submit appeal responses on ebilling sites
• Work closely with attorneys and staff to resolve billing or payment application questions
• Provide reports to clients/attorneys/management via Elite-3E or Excel, as requested
• Review of accounts receivable aging
• Submittal of write off requests
• Assist with other accounting tasks and special projects, as needed

Education and Experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel
• Knowledge of general accounting procedures
• Knowledge of relevant accounting software (Elite-3E) preferred
• Previous experience in electronic invoicing sites preferred
• Knowledge of billing and e-billing processes preferred
• Proficient in data entry and time management
• Accounting degree or 2+ years of customer service and general accounting experience required

The candidate must also pass a credit and background check as a condition for employment.
