Step into a vital role supporting students across multiple educational settings as a contract occupational therapist. You'll bring your expertise to three public schools and two private institutions, fostering growth and independence for a diverse group of students. This opportunity offers a flexible two to three day per week schedule, starting as soon as possible—ideal for professionals looking to make an impact while balancing other commitments.

In this position, you’ll deliver both direct and indirect OT services to students with varying needs. You'll collaborate closely with educational teams, contributing your insights to IEP development and progress reports, and ensure continuity of care by coordinating make-up sessions when services are missed.

Key Qualifications:

• Current licensure and certification to practice occupational therapy
• Experience providing OT services in a school setting preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP documentation and the special education process
• Ability to seamlessly manage a caseload across multiple campuses
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to travel between public and private school sites

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct occupational therapy services (11 students) and indirect support (8 students)
• Provide comprehensive input for IEP meetings and create detailed progress reports
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
• Offer and track make-up OT sessions for any missed services
• Manage documentation, maintain compliance, and monitor student progress
