CDL-A Truck Driver

Now hiring a Licensed CDL-A Truck Driver in Worcester, MA. This role involves hauling heavy equipment, dirt, and materials to and from job sites. Pay- $30–$40/hour standard pay; great chance to make prevailing wages on jobsites! Responsibilities: Safely operate CDL-A trucks to transport heavy equipment and materials Haul dirt, aggregates, and construction-related loads Assist with loading/unloading and site work as required Perform routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks Adhere to DOT regulations and safety standards Communicate effectively with dispatch and job site teams Must be willing to do labor work on occasion (prevailing wages on jobsites!) Requirements: Valid CDL-A license (required) Clean driving record Experience hauling heavy equipment and/or construction materials preferred Ability and willingness to perform physical labor when needed Strong work ethic and reliability OSHA certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain) Compensation & Benefits: Prevailing wage projects (~50% of work) = higher pay opportunities Overtime available Steady, year-round work Opportunity to work with a growing, reputable team
