We are seeking customer-obsessed Retail Operations Specialists to support our core team at our King of Prussia, PA location during the upcoming holiday season.

Key Responsibilities

Retail Operations & Inventory:

Manage floor inventory, execute product pulls, restock size runs, maintain apparel folding standards, and keep the sales floor presentation pristine.

Point of Sale (POS):

Efficiently operate registers and process transactions in a strictly cashless environment.

Fan Engagement & Service:

Provide exceptional, relationship-driven customer service aligned with the Company brand standard.

• The Crew Member will provide general information, sell and scan tickets, manage guest flow and queuing, sell merchandise, and more.

What You Will Do

• Assist with daily restocking of merchandise, beverages, and retail supplies to maintain fully stocked and visually appealing sales areas.
• Receive, unpack, organize, and process incoming inventory in accordance with established procedures.
• Maintain organized and accurate stockroom areas to support efficient replenishment and inventory management.
• Monitor sales floor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs to Retail Leadership.
• Capable of lifting or transporting inventory weighing up to 50 lbs to facilitate replenishment and processing.
• Support opening and closing retail procedures, including restocking, recovery, cleaning, and securing merchandise.
• Operate a point-of-sale (POS) system and process customer transactions as needed, including cash, credit/debit, and other approved payment methods.
• Provide best-in-class service by actively engaging with our Fans.
• Act as a Company ambassador to help drive increased fandom and engagement with our shows.
• Execute Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including emergency procedures.
• Foster a culture of safety in all actions.

What We Need From You

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment.
• Demonstrated experience and success in fast-paced retail, hospitality, attractions, and F&B operations.
• Knowledge of the Company's platform and shows.
• Excellent teamwork skills and a proactive demeanor.
• Strong customer service, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
• Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
• Strong desire to think outside the box and innovate.
• Willingness to learn environmental, health, and safety (EHS) protocols.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, at a 365-day

Qualifications & Background Preferences: Experience

Strong background in retail operations and inventory management required. Experience in high-touch, clientele-focused, or boutique environments (e.g., Sephora, Apple, Nordstrom, Lush, Neiman Marcus) or theme park guest operations is highly preferred. Food service experience is applicable if paired with solid inventory skills.

Customer Focus

Proven ability to build quick rapport with customers and thrive in an experiential, high-foot-traffic environment.

Schedule, Availability & Logistics

Assignment Duration: October 12, 2026 January 9, 2027 (Training begins October 12). Hours: Average of 2025 hours/week, with flexibility to flex hours up or down based on business needs. Must be available for 6- to 8-hour shifts. Shift Window: Operations span all hours of the day, with most shifts starting at 12:00 PM and extending up to midnight depending on venue hours.

Availability Requirements

Minimum 4 days of open availability per week. Full availability required for holiday working hours and weekends are a must
