Lead Teacher — Mentor Young Learners & Families

KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring a Lead Teacher in Illinois. You will mentor teachers, implement the curriculum, and create a safe, nurturing environment where children can learn and grow. You will partner with parents and center staff to drive enrollment, accreditation, and community engagement, while building strong relationships with families and local authorities.
