Job Description
The Laundry Driver/Associate is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate pickup and delivery of laundry items while providing excellent customer service. This role requires efficient route navigation and strict adherence to schedules to meet customer expectations and maintain operational flow.
Responsibilities
- Perform laundry pickup from designated customer locations
- Deliver cleaned laundry promptly to customers
- Interact professionally with customers during service
- Navigate routes efficiently to optimize delivery times
- Adhere strictly to daily schedules and timelines
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Demonstrated safe driving practices
- Effective time management skills
- Strong customer service and communication abilities
- Reliable and punctual in attendance
- Ability to solve problems and handle unexpected situations
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in delivery or driving roles
