We hope you will join our team at the Dillard’s Fulfillment Center. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Process online orders by picking products and sending the merchandise to the appropriate areas for processing. Slot and scan new products into designated pick locations. Maintaining a clean and orderly work environment while observing safety protocols. Comply with job rotation and cross training requirements. REQUIRED SKILLS Ability to work in a fast paced environment. Able to stand on your feet and capable of repetitive motion for extended periods of time. Basic computer and scanner skill Possess basic written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail. Able to work in group settings as well as independently. Flexibility to cross train and work in multiple departments. Able to occasionally lift up to 20lbs and flexible enough to bend, twist, and reach above your head.
