Facilities Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are currently seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.

Responsibilities:

Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
Estimate time and extent of repairs
Complete service tickets and paperwork electronically to submit to the office
Perform routine preventive maintenance
Light construction that involves excavating
Maintain material and supply inventory
Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
Maintain company vehicle
Travel from property to property for work orders

Qualifications:

Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
Highly Skilled in plumbing, electrical and carpentry repairs
Highly Skilled in troubleshooting and problem solving
Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
Ability to handle physical workload
Deadline and detail-oriented
Ability to effectively work independently and with a team.
Valid Driver's license with good driving record
