The Big Task

You will facilitate training and coach our service technicians on developing customer rapport and optimizing service calls.

Key Sub Tasks

• Conduct weekly and as needed trainings with technicians to develop their service skills.
• Understand sales criteria and hold your team to exceed revenue goals.
• Conduct ride alongs with service technicians and debrief with them afterward.
  
• Monitor performance of field technicians and advise them on how to improve.
• Show technicians how to establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.
• Provide technical support for anything and everything HVAC.
