Responsibilities You use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest to help them find exactly what they’re looking for, with a 'friends first' mindset. You educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and suggest products that fit their needs. You introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests. You are able to work in any zone from Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed. You proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy. You assist your team and help get the job done. You adhere to AEO’s policies & procedures. Qualifications You love interacting with people. You are energetic and can handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. You are available to work evenings, weekends and holidays. You love AE and Aerie products. PAY/BENEFITS INFORMATION:

Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location. Associates may be eligible for paid sick leave and may receive AEO rewards at its discretion.
