Synergy Care is seeking a Full-Time Occupational Therapist to join our team at Winning Wheels in Prophetstown, Illinois. This is a great opportunity to work in a supportive environment with mentorship, growth opportunities, and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must:

Be a graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
(or graduating within the next 6 months)
Hold a valid NBCOT certification
Hold or be eligible for a valid state Occupational Therapist license
