We are currently searching for a Social Services Director to join our friendly, caring and supportive team. Responsibilities Prepare residents for their future by ensuring social and emotional needs are met during their stay. Coordinate resident discharges and participate in resident care conferences. Maintain a high standard of care, ensuring residents are comfortable and safe. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field. Two (2) years of experience in a Social Worker role, preferably in a healthcare setting. Preferable: prior Social Services Director experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility, a graduate degree in Social Work or a related field, and five (5) years of related experience.
