Title Senior Web UX Developer Overview Under general supervision, responsible for developing and maintaining the university’s website and sub-sites, delivering high‑quality web‑based user experiences and innovative application interfaces that support and meet the needs of the university’s web services. Suggests areas for improvement in internal processes and possible solutions. Key Responsibilities Performs administrative roles, account, navigation, template management and web accessibility, broken link management. Analyzes website traffic and user engagement metrics via the CMS, Google Analytics and other tools. Utilizes SEO strategies to maximize the university’s online presence. New website development: design/develop applicable user flows, UI wireframes, storyboards and other artifacts as needed. Oversee user research, usability testing, and design testing for projects. Manages mobile app content management (MyTSU App) – unified, creating a new app and updating content. Performs live streaming/event recording and manages webpage content related to video contents for Board of Regents meetings, commencement, and other events. Performs other job‑related duties as assigned. Required Experience Four (4) years of job‑related hands‑on support experience. Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Policy, procedures, and practices (policy knowledge). Expert knowledge in multiple disciplines; acts as the ultimate subject‑matter expert. Proficient in Microsoft Office Professional or similar applications. Key Skills Detail oriented. Effective customer service. Problem‑solving and decision‑making. Multitasking and time management. Both verbal and written communication. Abilities Use job‑related software and systems. Benefits and Compensation Hiring Range: $69,333.15 – $88,399.77.
