Excellent place to work, atmosphere is great, people are friendly, excellent benefits!Title Epic Application Analyst – OpTime Location: Bronx, NY- Hybrid Salary: $120,000 – $135,000This is a hands-on role for someone who truly understands how OpTime is used in real clinical environments — not just how it’s built, but how it functions day to day in the OR.What you’ll be doing:You’ll own the design, build, testing, and ongoing support of Epic OpTime (and Anesthesia, if applicable), working closely with clinical users to make sure workflows are efficient, reliable, and aligned with patient care needs. This includes third-party integrations like SPM, TrackCore, and other OR systems, along with troubleshooting complex issues and helping lead optimization efforts.You’ll be involved in:• Building and supporting OpTime and Anesthesia workflows

• Partnering directly with OR and anesthesia teams
• Supporting go-lives and major system changes
• Managing vendor integrations and testing
• Creating documentation, reports, and training materials

• Anesthesia certification is a strong plus
• 3+ years of Epic application support or build experience
• Experience with third-party integrations
• Strong understanding of clinical OR workflows
• Someone who is comfortable supporting multiple OR locations
• A communicator who can work easily with clinicians, vendors, and IT
