This position is responsible for receiving multiple inbound calls by using computerized software designed for easy deployment and rapid flexibility. The applicant must be able to work cohesively as a member of a Patient Care Team while supporting the vision and values of our organization. Applicant must exhibit excellent customer service and communication skills with the ability to use good judgment regarding confidential information. This position reports to the Patient Access Director and the Senior Director of Non-Clinical Services and Rural Health.

High School graduate or equivalent with 5 years customer service experience

Computer experience with accurate typing skills

Ability to remain calm and professional in emergency situations

Demonstrates clear and articulate speaking voice

Demonstrates excellent customer service and communication skills

Personality and demeanor to deal with the public and assist ill, older, or distraught patients
