Solution Lead Managing Director, Healthcare Managed Services

Job Description Lead the transformation of Healthcare through Managed Services. At Baker Tilly, we help healthcare organizations modernize core business functions so they can focus on delivering high-quality patient care. Our Managed Services platform brings together finance and accounting, revenue cycle, human capital, and operational capabilities, integrating people, process, and technology to improve efficiency, strengthen controls, and support long-term performance in a complex and evolving regulatory environment. We are seeking a Solution Lead Managing Director, Healthcare Managed Services to play a key role in shaping and delivering complex outsourcing and transformation solutions. This individual will lead solution development efforts in support of business development, working closely with client executives and internal teams to design practical, scalable managed services offerings. This is a highly visible role for a leader who can translate client needs into actionable solutions that drive measurable operational and financial outcomes. Key Responsibilities Solution Strategy & Design : Define the end‑to‑end solution lifecycle, establish standardized templates, lead development of BPO and managed services solutions, design scalable operating models, assess current‑state operations, define future‑state models, establish governance frameworks, integrate automation, AI, analytics. Business Development & Client Advisory : Partner with practice leaders, sales teams, client executives during pursuits, support RFP/RFI responses, pricing strategies, develop business cases, act as trusted advisor in client meetings. Operational Transformation : Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, collaborate with implementation, transition and delivery teams, identify opportunities to standardize processes. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred). 12+ years of progressive experience in healthcare operations, consulting, or managed services. 10+ years of experience in solution architecture, business development, or practice leadership roles. Expertise in designing BPO or managed services solutions across finance, revenue cycle, or administrative functions. Familiarity with healthcare systems and platforms (Epic, Cerner, Workday, Oracle, etc.). Experience incorporating automation, AI, analytics and digital technologies into outsourcing solutions. Strong financial acumen including pricing models, business case development, deal structuring. Exceptional communication, executive presence, client‑facing skills. Willingness to travel as needed. Compensation & Benefits The pay range is $182,150 - $345,330. Baker Tilly offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package to eligible employees.
