Overview Sales Associate StretchLab Beverly, MA Hourly Pay: $16.25 + Uncapped Commission Schedule: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday (some Saturdays optional). What You’ll Do As a Sales Associate, you are the first and lasting impression of the studio. From the first phone call to the first stretch, you’ll create an experience that converts curiosity into commitment. Make 50+ outbound calls per day to connect with leads and re-engage prospects Deliver dynamic, informative studio tours and intro stretch sessions Convert prospects into members by confidently selling memberships and stretch packages Address objections with empathy, knowledge, and a client-first mindset Promote and upsell retail and recovery-enhancing services Client Experience & Studio Operations Greet each client with warmth, energy, and professionalism Manage check-ins, scheduling, phone calls, and service recovery seamlessly Partner with Flexologists and managers to ensure studio operations run smoothly Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized front desk and lobby Use ClubReady or similar CRM software to manage leads and follow-ups Represent StretchLab at local events, wellness fairs, and open houses Support social media and studio marketing campaigns Act as a brand ambassador in the community—every conversation is an opportunity Who You Are Sales experience in a fitness, wellness, or service-based setting (gym, medspa, chiropractic, etc.) Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with prospects Confident, persuasive communicator who believes in the product Organized, goal-oriented, and tech-savvy with CRM systems Emotionally intelligent and authentic in building connections Able to work at least 2 of the core weekday morning shifts, and open to occasional Saturdays What You’ll Get Complimentary and discounted stretch sessions to keep you at your best Opportunities for growth in a nationally expanding wellness brand A supportive, energetic team focused on helping people feel their best every day Ready to Join the Movement?
