CNA - LTC/SNF

Job Summary:
Provide direct patient care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting. Support daily operations by assisting with essential clinical tasks and ensuring a safe, compassionate environment for patients and staff.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver bedside care and assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Monitor and document patient vital signs and health status accurately.
• Follow infection control protocols and maintain strict adherence to safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in resident rooms and care areas.
• Comply with facility policies regarding identification badges and vaccination requirements.

Qualifications:

• Possess a valid CNA certification.
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Have recent experience in LTC/SNF environments.
• Be able to stand, walk, and lift patients as needed.
• Comply with state or federal identification and vaccination mandates.
