We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our production team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with assembly, manufacturing, production, or mechanical experience who enjoys working with their hands and takes pride in producing high-quality work.

In this role, you'll assemble products using hand tools, power tools, and production equipment while working in a team-oriented environment focused on quality, safety, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

• Assemble products and components according to work instructions and specifications
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and effectively
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet customer and company standards
• Read and follow assembly instructions, diagrams, and production documentation
• Record production transactions using manufacturing software systems
• Communicate quality concerns, inventory needs, and production issues when necessary
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily production goals
• Support continuous improvement and safety initiatives

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, or mechanical experience preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to follow written instructions and established procedures
• Strong work ethic and sense of urgency
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods throughout the shift
• Frequent use of hands for assembly, gripping, pulling, reaching, and handling tools
• Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
