- Hybrid schedule combining telehealth and in-person visits to skilled nursing facilities
- Serve as a regional psychiatric leader supervising nurse practitioners and physician assistants
- Work with medically frail older adult populations in long-term care settings
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations, GDR reviews, and crisis consultations
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and case conferences
- Primary EMR is Athena with integration of PCC and Matrix platforms
- Board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrists encouraged to apply; geriatric fellows welcome
- Hospital-employed position with a growing behavioral health organization in Washington
