Our team is responsible for managing major subcontracts and developing innovative solutions to drive program success.What You Will Be DoingAs the Subcontract Management Senior Staff you will be responsible for leading subcontract strategy and execution across the Sensors & Global Sustainment portfolio.Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Manage major subcontracts from inception through closeout.Develop innovative solutions that drive program success.Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align subcontract objectives.Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and regulations.Monitor performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
