Pharmacy Technician

ASAP Opportunity: Certified Pharmacy Technician Location: Winamac & Francesville, Indiana

Position Type: Temporary Contract | Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, plus rotating Saturdays

We’re seeking an Indiana-licensed and nationally certified Pharmacy Technician to provide temporary support to busy community pharmacies in the Winamac and Francesville, Indiana, areas.

This is an ASAP-start opportunity with coverage needed until a permanent team member is hired. If you have retail pharmacy experience, enjoy helping customers, and are comfortable supporting daily pharmacy operations, we’d love to hear from you!

• Start Date: ASAP
• Duration: Until a permanent replacement is hired
• Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
• Weekend Coverage: Every other Saturday or every third Saturday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
• Location: Pulaski Memorial Hospital Community Pharmacy, Winamac, IN, with coverage at the Francesville Community Pharmacy as needed
• Training: Three days of training/orientation required before starting
• Dress Code: Business casual
• Candidates: Local candidates only

Responsibilities

• Enter prescription orders accurately into the pharmacy system.
• Process customer transactions and ring up purchases.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Support daily retail pharmacy operations and workflow.
• Help maintain accurate records and follow pharmacy policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Active Indiana Pharmacy Technician license.
• National pharmacy technician certification.
• Previous retail pharmacy experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work the required weekday and rotating Saturday schedule.

Preferred Qualification

• Experience with PioneerRx pharmacy software
