• Position Type: Locum tenens Nurse Practitioner job
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $4,550-$4,880
• Start Date: January 25, 2027
• End Date: July 30, 2027
• Contract Duration: Approximately 27 weeks
• Schedule: 4 shifts per week, Monday through Thursday
• Shift Duration: 10-hour days, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• Hours: 40 hours per week; 10 guaranteed hours per day
• Call: None
• Expected Patient Volume: Approximately 10-12 patient encounters per shift

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Washington or an eligible Interstate Medical Licensure Compact pathway
• At least 1 year of Nurse Practitioner experience, including experience in cardiology
• Board certification required
• Active DEA registration
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Ability to provide a current CV and complete all credentialing requirements

• Evaluate and manage patients in a general cardiology outpatient clinic
• Provide follow-up care for established cardiology patients
• Evaluate and manage patients referred through rapid-access or emergency department referral pathways
• Perform comprehensive patient histories, physical examinations, assessments, and treatment planning
• Supervise stress testing and provide backup coverage for dobutamine stress echocardiography supervision
• Coordinate patient care, review diagnostic findings, and communicate recommendations with the broader clinical team
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
