Regulatory Compliance Program AnalystThis is a temporary project position located in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, with an estimated duration of 12 months with possible extensions. The work setting requires 100% onsite presence at the client's site with no telecommuting or remote work. Candidates must be able to relocate as required.Required:Availability to work 100% of the time at the client's site in Palm Beach Gardens, FL.Experience with Business Analysis, Compliance Program Management, Audit Management, or Project Management (3+ years).Experience with Power BI development and data modeling.Experience with SharePoint administration and solution design.Experience with Structured Query Language (SQL).Experience with Database querying and data analysis.Experience with developing data-driven business solutions, dashboards, workflow automation, or program management tools.Preferred:Experience with Microsoft Copilot.Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI)-enabled workflow solutions.Experience with Utility, energy, environmental, safety, reliability, or regulatory compliance background.Responsibilities:Develop and maintain centralized repositories for regulatory, operational, engineering, and audit-related data using SharePoint and other enterprise platforms.Create Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models that provide actionable insights into regulatory compliance, operational performance, audit readiness, and program execution.Perform data analysis, database querying, data validation, and reporting automation across multiple business systems and data sources.Design, develop, and optimize automated workflows using Microsoft Power Platform and related technologies to streamline business processes and reduce manual effort.Leverage AI and advanced analytics tools, including Microsoft Copilot, to automate data collection, document analysis, trend identification, and reporting activities.Support development of digital solutions that improve document management, records retention, evidence tracking, and information governance.Coordinate with engineering, operations, environmental, safety, cybersecurity, and compliance stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.Why apply?Gain experience with one of the world's largest solar and wind energy providers, which last year briefly became the most valued U.S. energy company.Work with a great team of professionals and learn the newest technologies and approaches.Enjoy the client's wonderful campus with top-notch facilities for work and recreation.Benefit from multiple project extensions.Receive support and advice from Vitaver consultants who are already working at the client's site.Get extra cash by participating in the Vitaver Successful Completion Bonus Program.Always get paid in full and on time.
