Legal Assistant - White Collar & Tax Litigation | Dallas, TX

LHH is partnering with a respected law firm to identify an experienced Legal Assistant to support a busy team of attorneys focused on white collar, tax, and commercial litigation matters. This role is ideal for a highly organized legal professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys keeping complex cases moving forward.
Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and legal support to multiple attorneys
  
• Prepare, edit, and proofread legal correspondence and court filings
  
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
  
• Organize and maintain electronic and physical case files
  
• Assist with state and county court filings, including e-filing
  
• Handle client communications and support billing activities
  

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Legal Assistant, Legal Secretary, or Litigation Assistant
  
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  
• Experience with legal billing software such as Aderant
  
• Minimum typing speed of 70+ WPM
  
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  
• E-filing experience and familiarity with county and state court procedures
