Job Title

Travel RN – Medical ICU (Nights)

Location

Wichita, Kansas

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Travel | 13 Weeks | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Projected Start: September 7, 2026

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a 26-bed Medical ICU with a 2:1 patient ratio
• Perform hemodynamic monitoring and airway management
• Administer and monitor moderate sedation
• Operate and manage CRRT equipment as needed
• Collaborate with charge nurses, fellow RNs, and PCTs across day and night shifts
• Document patient care accurately using the facility EMR system (Meditech/CPN)

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of current acute care ICU RN experience in a hospital setting
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• Current NIH Stroke Scale certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience with Meditech EMR
• Previous travel nursing experience at large trauma facilities
• Sono IV and CRRT experience
