Our Live-in model is a 7 day on/7 day off schedule. You will be required to live in the individuals' home-on location and will be paid 16 hours a day (minus any unpaid break time). Live-in DSPs work approximately two weeks per month and earn full-time pay plus overtime! Bi-weekly compensation will be for 105 hours (25 hours of which are paid at a rate of time and a half). You will also be paid for any interrupted sleep time, if applicable. Live-in DSPs are also provided with a weekly food budget during your week on.
