This is an entry-level opportunity designed for individuals who are eager to learn, develop their skills, and grow into a long-term role within the agency. In this position, you will begin by managing front desk responsibilities and assisting customers with their initial needs. As you gain experience and industry knowledge, you will have the opportunity to transition into an Account Manager role, where you will take on greater responsibility in supporting client relationships, coverage reviews, and policy servicing. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, is organized and detail-oriented, and is interested in building a career in insurance. High performers who demonstrate initiative and strong customer service skills can expect opportunities for advancement within the agency. RESPONSIBILITIES Greet customers and assist with front desk responsibilities, including answering phones and directing inquiries. Provide friendly and efficient support to clients visiting or contacting the agency. Assist the team with administrative tasks, policy updates, and customer documentation. Support Account Managers and producers with daily service needs and follow-ups. Learn insurance products, coverage options, and agency systems. Transition into expanded client service responsibilities as experience is gained. QUALIFICATIONS Strong communication and customer service skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy office environment. Willingness to learn and grow within the insurance industry. Property & Casualty license preferred. Previous insurance experience will also be considered in place of a license. Compensation $15.00 - $18.00 per hour State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees.
