• You Pick Your Shifts: Work mornings, afternoons, evenings, or weekends. We build your workload around your lifenot the other way around.
• Caregiver Experience: 6+ months of caregiving required (agency, private-duty, or personal family care experience all qualify!)
• One-on-One Work: No rushing between 20 customers or patients. You get to focus on one client at a time, building real, rewarding relationships.
• Weekly Friday Paychecks: Direct deposit straight to your account every single week ($17.00 $22.00/hr).
• Local Clients: Work close to your home to save time and gas.
• Referral Cash: Earn an extra $300 every time you refer a friend to work with us.

What a Typical Shift Looks Like:

You will be a friendly, helping hand for a senior living safely at home:

• Companionship: Enjoying cup of coffee, playing cards, sharing stories, and keeping them engaged.
• Daily Assistance: Helping with light meal prep, simple household chores, and medication reminders.
• Personal Care: Assisting with routine morning or bedtime habits (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Outings (Optional): Helping with local grocery runs or doctor appointments.

• Hospitality, Retail & Food Service Workers: You already know how to talk to people and deliver great carebring those skills to a job that actually appreciates you!
• Parents & Students: Need a shift that fits strictly between 9 AM and 2 PM, or weekend-only work? We have those.

• Basic Requirements: 18+ years old, compassionate, punctual, and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
