Software Testing Analyst

To support the Licensing and Prelicensing Departments, the full-time Software Testing Analyst will be responsible for testing and verifying software solutions, building effective test plans and cases, and ensuring the functional correctness of applications in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Conduct software verification throughout all phases of the development life cycle, including planning, design, implementation, and testing Write and execute manual system-level test cases, analyze results, and report defects while collaborating with analysts, Product Owners, and developers Provide continuous risk assessment and timely escalation of software quality concerns while supporting project planning activities Required qualifications Technical Trade or business school education in project management, technology, or a related field At least 2 years of experience in quality assurance testing Strong hands-on skills in writing test cases and protocols, with a thorough understanding of testing methodologies Experience with tools like Jira and TestRail, and proficiency in SQL Familiarity with Agile Application Development and Scrum methodologies Virtual Vocations Inc
