As a Customer Service Teammate at GO Car Wash, you'll be helping our customers care for their cars—in which they've invested a lot of money, time, and pride. This includes explaining our car wash options and requirements to customers, preparing and loading their cars in our car washes, and assisting customers with self-cleaning options. You'll also help maintain our car washes and sites to ensure we're providing a superior, clean car wash experience for all our customers. Compensation. Our Teammates in this role typically earn $18.00/hour, which includes a base pay of $12.00/hour plus an average of $2/hour in commission from membership sales and tips guaranteed up to an additional $4 per hour. Commissions and tips are uncapped, and our top performers regularly exceed $6/hour in additional earnings. Offer will depend on location and level of knowledge, skills, abilities and experience.
