Thermocool is seeking a highly organized and proactive Dispatcher and Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role requires a multi-tasker who can efficiently handle ordering parts, answer phones, schedule jobs, and support marketing efforts, including managing online reviews and social media engagement on platforms like Facebook. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a customer-focused attitude.
Company DescriptionOur company has performed thousands of installations since it's inception in 2008. Company has it's own sheet metal shop and performs service related work, upgrades, retail residential and commercial system replacements, as well as new construction installations. We value hard work while still finding importance in keeping our work atmosphere fun and enjoyable.
Qualifications:Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Familiarity with social media platforms, especially Facebook, and online review management.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
