The Maintenance Technician 2 at Parkwest Gardens is a key member of our team who helps ensure residents receive timely, reliable service and that our community is maintained to a high standard. We're looking for an experienced maintenance professional who can independently troubleshoot and repair a variety of residential building systems while completing work safely, efficiently, and with minimal supervision. This position is ideal for a technician who enjoys solving problems, takes ownership of their work, and consistently delivers quality repairs and excellent customer service. The Maintenance Technician 2 will take pride in serving others and delivering a caring and professional experience for our residents, our client-owners and our fellow team members. Can independently diagnose and resolve most maintenance issues with minimal supervision. Takes ownership of work orders and consistently delivers high-quality repairs. Effectively prioritizes competing maintenance requests in a fast-paced environment. Builds positive relationships with residents through professional communication and service.
