Job Title: Part-Time Receptionist
Location: Greens at Gastonia, Gastonia, NC
Hours: Part-Time | 4:30 PM – 8:00 PM | [Monday to Friday]

About Us:
Greens at Gastonia is a warm and welcoming long-term care facility dedicated to providing compassionate care for our residents. We are currently seeking a friendly and reliable Part-Time Receptionist to join our front desk team during evening hours.

Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors, residents, and staff in a courteous and professional manner

• Answer incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately

• Maintain visitor logs and ensure security procedures are followed

• Provide basic information and assistance to residents and guests

• Perform light administrative tasks (e.g., filing, copying, handling mail)

• Support staff with communication and coordination needs as required

Requirements:

• Previous receptionist or front desk experience preferred

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with office equipment

• Professional appearance and demeanor

• Experience in healthcare or senior care setting is a plus

Schedule:
This is a part-time position from 4:30 PM to 8:00 PM. Days of the week may vary depending on scheduling needs.
