Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across legal placements, including sourcing, interviewing, shortlisting, and managing the offer process. Client Partnership Build and strengthen relationships with law firms, in‑house legal departments, and regulatory/governance teams. Provide consultative hiring support tailored to clients’ legal and regulatory needs. Candidate Engagement Structured Finance Lawyers / Associates Asset Finance Lawyers Senior Legal Counsel / General Counsel roles Employment Lawyers / Employment Counsel Market Insight Stay informed on legal industry trends, regulatory updates, and market movements to provide expert insights to clients and candidates. Performance & Collaboration Consistently meet and exceed activity and revenue targets. Share best practices and collaborate with colleagues across Phaidon’s global network. Qualifications Proven experience as a 360 Recruiter , ideally within legal, regulatory, compliance, governance, or professional services recruitment. Strong understanding of the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle. Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and negotiation skills. Demonstrable success in target‑driven environments.
