With the support of more than 30,000 team members, we promote a forward?thinking philosophy built on a foundation of trust, dignity, respect, responsibility, and clinical excellence.Role OverviewAs a Neurodiagnostic Technologist II, you will perform advanced neurodiagnostic testing and support providers in delivering accurate neurological evaluations within an outpatient multispecialty setting.Key responsibilities include:Performing Nerve Conduction Studies (NCS/NCV)Performing neurodiagnostic procedures including EEG, LTM, TCD, EP, and NCVEnsuring accurate data collection and adherence to clinical protocolsMonitoring patients throughout diagnostic proceduresMaintaining equipment and ensuring proper functionalityCollaborating with providers and care teams to support diagnosis and treatmentMaintaining documentation and ensuring compliance with standardsSupporting overall clinic workflow and patient experiencePerforming other duties as assignedQualificationsEducation Required:Graduation from a CAAHEP-accredited Neurodiagnostic Technology (NDT) program OR completion of an ABRET-recognized program OR Associate degree or higher OR five (5) years of related experienceExperience Required:Two (2) years of experience in NeurodiagnosticsExperience performing Nerve Conduction Studies (NCS/NCV)Licensure / CertificationRequired:Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 daysSeizure First Aid Certification (SFAC) within 30 daysMust hold one (1) of the following credentials:Registered Electroencephalographic Technologist (R.EEG T)Registered Evoked Potential Technologist (R.EP T)Certification in Neurophysiologic Intraoperative Monitoring (CNIM)Registered Nerve Conduction Study Technologist (R.NCS.T)What We OfferBayCare provides a competitive total rewards package designed to support your career growth and well?being, including:Comprehensive Medical, Dental & Vision BenefitsPaid Time OffTuition Assistance401(k) Match plus Annual Employer ContributionWellness programs and community perksTake the Next StepBring your neurodiagnostic expertise to BayCare and support high-quality neurological care in a collaborative outpatient setting.
