Distribution Associate - 1st Shift

Key Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Process and audit products to ensure they meet customer specifications
• Inspect items for quality, labeling, and accuracy before shipment
• Prepare and ship orders to designated customer locations
• Sort, count, and organize parts and inventory
• Maintain a clean work area, including disposing of cardboard and waste properly
• Follow all warehouse procedures for order fulfillment and shipping

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred
• Experience with order picking, packing, or shipping/receiving
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Basic counting, labeling, and inventory tracking skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milan, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
