Receptionist (Temporary Leave Coverage)

About the Role

Our client is seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to provide front desk and administrative support during an employee leave. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment.

What You'll Do

• Welcome customers, vendors, and visitors
• Answer and route incoming phone calls
• Take and relay messages as needed
• Direct guests to the appropriate department or team member
• Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries
• Provide administrative and clerical support to the team
• Assist with document scanning, photo uploads, and record management
• Support inventory and office operations as needed
• Complete other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous receptionist or front desk experience preferred
