Our commitment to education and partnership ensures dignity and excellence in caregiving. Role Description We have full‑time and part‑time Registered Nurse Delegator positions located in Spokane, WA. The Registered Nurse Delegator will oversee the training and delegation of specific nursing tasks to caregivers, ensuring compliance with state regulations. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include conducting assessments of clients, providing ongoing training and supervision of caregivers, ensuring adherence to care protocols, and maintaining accurate documentation. Collaboration with care‑facility owners, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals is an essential component of this role. Qualifications Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Washington or a valid multistate RN license 2 years nursing experience Experience conducting assessments, and maintaining accurate documentation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse teams and clients Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work effectively in an on‑site healthcare environment Compensation $34 hourly, plus $150 monthly gas stipend OR $75 PER PAY PERIOD $2000 signing bonus at completion of 3‑month probationary period Health, Dental and Vision offered after 3 months #J-18808-Ljbffr
