Private Healthcare Coordinator

Private Patient Co‑Ordinator – Emersons Green 37.5 hours per week, Monday‑Friday 9:00am‑5:00pm. Salary: £29,277.16 Private Pension 25 days annual leave 24/7 wellness support and discounted lifestyle brands What you'll be doing Serve as the main point of contact for private pay and insured patients throughout their pathway from first appointment through to discharge, delivering excellent customer service. Provide advice on appointments, keeping patients informed during every step of their journey, both in person and by telephone. Maintain a professional and friendly front, being responsive and available to patients during working hours. Track patients’ progress using a customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring timely information and regular courtesy calls. Be knowledgeable about hospital processes, clinical procedures, and associated costs. Advocate the private healthcare offering throughout the entire hospital or surgical centre, reinforcing the value of private care. Promote the private patient business, helping patients convert from outpatients to surgery when clinically appropriate. What we’ll look for in you Qualifications 5 x GCSEs A*-C (or equivalent) Experience Experience in a customer service or booking role that involved a high volume of telephone calls. Experience in a hospital environment. Experience in a sales role. Skills and Knowledge Excellent telephone manner and verbal and written communication skills.
